Melcor Development engaged Ward Bros. Construction to complete a tenant fit-out for the relocated CRA offices at the Melcor Centre. Spanning the entire third floor of the office tower, this 893 m² renovation transformed the space into a modern, functional workplace.

The project involved removing existing partition walls to create an open, light-filled environment. Demountable partition walls and movable leaf walls were incorporated throughout, offering flexibility and adaptability for future needs. A standout feature of the design is the bold graphic film, which celebrates the rich history of Lethbridge and adds a distinctive visual element.
