The new Tilley K-9 School has a LEEDv4 Silver design mandate. It has a Learning Commons, a Gathering Space and a Public Library. Construction also includes a new gymnasium, several classrooms, a science lab, and band room. All covering a floor space of approximately 25,000 sq.ft. Once the new school is complete and everyone gets a chance to move over the existing school will be demolished and the existing area will be landscaped.
